Information used for the pilot
When you try a booking, we collect your email address, phone number, sample collection and delivery details, vehicle make, model, colour, registration, body type, fuel type, transmission, running condition, optional site instructions, odometer reading and calculated journey mileage. Address searches and route calculations are sent to Apple Maps to find suggestions and a driving distance. Your email is used to verify access to your private job record and send a confirmation when you release a sample booking. If you set a password, Supabase Authentication manages it; it is not stored in the job record. You can return by email code without creating a password.
If an approved pilot driver claims the sample job, that driver can see its booking details and contact information and may add handover photos, damage notes, a recipient name and a sample signature. You can then view those records and download a demonstration completion PDF. The current customer pilot does not record or display a GPS route for these jobs.
Services involved
The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Apple Maps processes address searches and driving-route calculations through our website server. Supabase stores pilot accounts, job records and private evidence photos. Brevo sends authentication emails through Supabase and sample booking confirmations through our website server. If you choose Stripe test checkout, Stripe processes simulated payment information; no real charge is made. Approved pilot drivers use the Drive Flow iPhone app to access jobs they claim.
Access and retention
Your job record is available to your verified account. A browsing pilot driver sees a limited job summary; the approved driver who claims it can access the full record. Evidence photos are stored in a private bucket and opened through short-lived signed links. The pilot does not yet run an automatic customer-job deletion schedule. Contact us to request removal of your pilot record, subject to any records we must keep.
Your choices
Use fictional journey and vehicle details while testing. You can choose whether to set an account password. You may ask us for a copy of your personal information, a correction, or deletion by emailing the contact above. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
This describes the demonstration as of 14 October 2026. It will be updated before real bookings or payments are offered.
